Integrated Platform
Manage your website and newsletter content all in one place with the new embedded Indie Email application within the Indie Website.
Improved Performance and Reliability
Enjoy faster software ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for your newsletter development.
Enhanced Team Access
All of your staff with a login to your Indiegraf site can now have access through your website admin hub, eliminating the need to share login credentials to manage your newsletters and campaigns.
AI-Generated Subject Lines
Crafting compelling subject lines is crucial for email open rates. Indie Email 2.0 analyzes your email content and suggests three subject line options tailored to your message. This functionality ensures that your subject lines are relevant and attention-grabbing, potentially improving engagement metrics. 
AI-Generated Paragraphs
Within the email designer, Indie Email 2.0 offers an AI assistant to help generate paragraph content. By adding a paragraph block and selecting “Write with AI,” you can input prompts or keywords related to your desired content. The AI then produces coherent paragraphs that maintain a consistent tone and style, serving as a foundation for your email copy. This feature not only saves time but also provides inspiration for crafting engaging messages. 
Smart Templates with AI Integration
The smart templates feature allows for the automatic application of your brand’s visual identity to email designs. Indie Email 2.0 can automatically create templates that maintain consistent branding by allowing users to upload their logo and specify brand colours. This integration simplifies the design process, ensuring cohesive and professional-looking emails without extensive manual adjustments. 
Embedded Video in Emails
The video embed function allows users to seamlessly incorporate videos directly into their email campaigns. By pasting a video URL, Indie Email 2.0 automatically generates a clickable image thumbnail linked to the video, enhancing engagement. This eliminates the need for complex embedding code, simplifying the process of adding dynamic video content to emails.
Rollout
In the coming weeks, all publishers will move to this new version of Indie Email. The Indiegraf team will make the necessary updates to add the features into your website domain and we will provide opportunities for additional learning.
