Need help accessing your IndyForms account? Follow these steps to log in or reset your password.
Logging in
Go to the IndyForms login page.
Enter the email address linked to your IndyForms account.
Not sure which email you used? Contact your organisation for confirmation.
Enter your password and click Log in.
Resetting your password
Forgot your password? No problem — you can reset it in a few minutes.
On the login page, click Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and click Send me a reset link.
Check your inbox for the reset password email.
Be sure to also check your Spam or Other folders.
Click the reset link in the email.
Create a new password (minimum 8 characters and both fields must match).
Once reset, click the link to go back to the login page.
Log in with your new password.
You should now be logged in and ready to go!

Q. I can’t remember which email I used. What should I do?
A. Reach out to indy@indyforms.com, and our team can check which email you’ve signed up with.
Q. I clicked the reset link, but it says it expired.
A. Reset links only work once and can expire if you’ve requested multiple. Just go back to the login page and request a fresh reset link — it only takes a moment.
Q. Can I change my password anytime?
A. Yes. Once logged in, go to your Profile Settings to update your password at any time.
Q. I still can’t log in after resetting my password.
A. Double-check your email and password match exactly. If you still can’t log in, email indy@indyforms.com for support.
Tips
Use a secure password: Combine letters, numbers, and symbols for stronger security.
Whitelist IndyForms emails: Add no-reply@indyforms.com to your safe sender list so IndyForms emails don’t get lost.
Use the Microsoft login option if your organisation has single sign-on (SSO) enabled — it can save time.
Keep your login details consistent: Always use the same email address registered with your organisation to avoid confusion.
