Card’s can be registered by the store using our Self-Service platform or by the cardholders.
The quickest way for customer's to register their loyalty card is by scanning the QR code at the back of the loyalty card.
Here are a list of other options.
Via Self Service (in-store)
Use login credentials provided by Infinity, should you not have access please request approval from the store owner.
Go to Self-Service
Click on Quick Registration
Enter the Card number
Click Next
Enter card details or Click on the pencil if the customer has swiped their card before it will so up as unregistered.
Click on Apply Changes
Via other Infinity platforms (customer)

Download the Infinity Card App
Enter card number
Confirm Cell Number
Enter Information
Click on Save
Via Website
Click on Login
Click on Cardholder Login
Click on Register
Enter all the required information
Click Next
Tick to accept the terms and conditions
Click on Register

RSA: *120*128# or Namibia: *142*128#
OK cardholders RSA: *134*693# or NAM: *142*693#
Dail the unique USSD code
Confirm the card number
Select your title
Enter your name
Enter your surname
Select your gender
Enter your date of birth
Accept the terms and conditions
Via Registration Link
SMS the card number to 30547.
Via In-store Kiosk
Scan your loyalty card at the kiosk and follow the prompts displayed on the device.
