Card’s can be registered by the store using our Self-Service platform or by the cardholders. To register, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, and an active mobile number.
The quickest way for customer's to register their loyalty card is by scanning the QR code at the back of the loyalty card. By registering, customers can start earning points and enjoy exclusive benefits as part of the Infinity Rewards program.
Here are a list of other options. Please note that updates to card information can only be made in-store with the assistance of a store manager.
Via Self Service (in-store)
Use login credentials provided by Infinity, should you not have access please request approval from the store owner.
Go to Self-Service
Click on Quick Registration
Enter the Card number
Click Next
Enter card details or Click on the pencil if the customer has swiped their card before it will so up as unregistered.
Click on Apply Changes
Updating Information Linked to Your Infinity Rewards Card
