Authenticate User
Before you can make any actions the user will need to be authenticated.
Click on Send/Resend OTP.
An SMS will be sent to the user logged in on the portal with 4 digit OTP insert this OTP in the OTP bar.
Click on Verify and Finish.
Process Transfer
Step 1: Ensure the “new” card is registered
Step 2: Enter the “old” card number and click on “Next”.
Step 3: Enter the “new” card number and the “Date of Birth” and click on “Transfer Card”.
Note that not all users have permission to do a transfer card, if you do not have access please contact the store owner or manager to perform this action.
Hint: The old card number can be obtained at Maintain Cardholder, type in the cardholder’s cell phone number, and the customer’s details will appear, including the old card number.
Security tip: Do not transfer any card unless you are sure that it is the same person.
