How do I process a card transfer?

On Desktop

  • Click on Self Service

  • Click on Transfer card

Authenticate User

Before you can make any actions the user will need to be authenticated.

  • Click on Send/Resend OTP.

  • An SMS will be sent to the user logged in on the portal with 4 digit OTP insert this OTP in the OTP bar.

  • Click on Verify and Finish.

Process Transfer

  • Step 1: Ensure the “new” card is registered

  • Step 2: Enter the “old” card number and click on “Next”.

  • Step 3: Enter the “new” card number and the “Date of Birth” and click on “Transfer Card”.

Note that not all users have permission to do a transfer card, if you do not have access please contact the store owner or manager to perform this action.

Hint: The old card number can be obtained at Maintain Cardholder, type in the cardholder’s cell phone number, and the customer’s details will appear, including the old card number.

Security tip: Do not transfer any card unless you are sure that it is the same person. Additionally, verify that the registration details for both the old and new cards are accurate to prevent mismatches during the transfer.

The "card has been transferred" message indicates that the original loyalty card has been replaced by a new card. What Actions Should Be Taken?

1. Use the New Card

After receiving the "card has been transferred" message, locate the new loyalty card that has been activated. Use this card for all future scans and transactions. The original card is no longer valid and should be discarded.

2. If You Cannot Find the New Card

If you are unable to locate or access the new card, follow these steps:

  1. Register a new loyalty card using the Infinity Rewards app.

  2. Perform a transfer within the app to move the balance and rewards from the inactive card to the newly registered card.

On Partner App

  • Click on button

  • Click on Transfer card.

  • Type in the old card number

  • Type in the new card number
