How do I update customer's details?

At store level

  • Click on Self-Service.

  • Click on Maintain Cardholder.

  • Type in the person’s

    a) card number (remove the first 0),

    b) date of birth or,

    c) cell phone nr. (replace the 0 with 27 in the beginning)

  • Click on the pencil icon to change customer details.

  • Click on 'Authenticate User with OTP to Apply Changes'

  • Click on 'Send/ Resent OTP'

  • Enter the OTP that you just received in the 'OTP' section

  • Click on 'Verify And Finish'

Once your user has been authenticated you can go ahead and update the customer's personal information and click on 'Apply Changes'

NB: We recommend that the customer always bring proof of identity to ensure the details are updated to the correct customer
