How do I handle a Refund? | Infinity Rewards Help Center

On our POS partners, the CashBack is automatically refunded when the refund is done on the POS.
This function will only be used for our terminal partners.

Click on Self Service.
Click on Reverse a transaction.
Enter the card number and click next.
Click on the pencil of the matching transaction the store wants to reverse.
Click Void, there is an option to reverse the entire sale or only a part of the sale.
Enter a reference number and click Next.

Hint: If the cardholder already redeemed their money earned on the refund transaction, you will not be able to reverse the CashBack.
