Click on Self Service .
Select your store at the top dropdown box.
Click on Load Funds in the Reward and Redeem region.
Using the self-service portal is particularly useful when point-of-sale (POS) transactions fail or when you need a quick and independent way to load funds onto your loyalty card.
Common Issues with Loading Funds
One common issue occurs when the receipt shows a "Deposit Payment" instead of confirming that funds were loaded onto the loyalty card. This happens because the cashier selected the wrong transaction option. The "Deposit Payment" transaction type does not load funds onto the card and is not processed by the system for this purpose.
Type in the card number and press Next.
Add Reference (this reference can be anything that makes it easier for the store to trace e.g. till slip number).
Add Gift Amount.
Choose processing close loop (gift only available in loyalty group) OR open loop (gift available at all Infinity stores).
Click Load Funds.
Click view to download the transaction slip as proof that gift was loaded successfully.
To verify that funds were successfully loaded, check the card’s transaction history. Successfully loaded amounts will appear as "loaded funds."
Hint: Reference number must be unique if multiple loads are done – if not, it will result in error message and transaction will not be processed.
If funds were not loaded correctly, return to the point of sale and request the cashier to reload the funds using the correct option. Alternatively, use the self-service portal to manually load the funds. If the issue persists, contact Infinity Rewards customer support for further assistance.
