How do I send a marketing SMS?

Infinity Rewards offers a robust set of features for SMS communication, which can enhance customer engagement and marketing efforts before jumping into the navigation steps.

  • Click on Create Marketing SMS

  • Enter your SMS Message Name

  • Choose the selection criteria from the drop-down

  • Add minimum spend cashback amount

  • Add your SMS wording

  • Choose your SMS schedule date and time

  • Click on Get Quote

  • Click On Send Test SMS

  • Click on Accept Quote and Schedule

Hint:

  1. The store’s short name will automatically be added to the beginning of each SMS. This can be changed with a maximum of 20 characters. Contact support@infinityrewards.co.za to change this.

  2. On the selection criteria, the store can target their SMS to All cardholders, active cardholders during the last ... days and cardholders that have been inactive during the last ... days

  3. Add minimum spend amount is defaulted to No Minimum Spend amount, click on the drop down if the store wants to target their SMS to customers with a certain amount of cashback on their cards.

  4. You can exit and continue later after a test SMS has been sent, that way if you are waiting on approval from the owner you can always come back to the SMS.

  5. SMS campaigns can also be tailored to specific cardholder segments, such as targeting top-performing or inactive cardholders.

  6. Note that accurate segmentation of cardholder groups is vital for effective targeting and communication.
