Click on Self Service
Click on Cashback Incentives
Click on Basket Size
Click on Create New Basket Size Incentive
Add your incentive name
Add your incentive description
Add your incentive start and end date
Add your basket threshold amount
Move the applicable days over the right
Click on Next.
Check your settings and Modify the reward value
Click on Finish
You will now have the option to set up a Marketing SMS to inform your Loyalty cardholders of the Loyalty drive in-store (Refer how to send a marketing SMS)
Hint: The Reward will only allocate if the Total Transaction Value is more than the Specified value. A Reward (Amount or %) can be allocated. (Always on Top Of). The latest created Active Incentive per Tier will ALWAYS apply.
Example: STORE A will now be adding an extra CashBack allocation for customers spending more than R1000 during any single transaction! T & C's apply - valid from DATE to DATE.
