Example: Receive an extra 1% CashBack on all Clover products.
Click on Self Service.
Click on the CashBack incentives tab.
Click on the Product tab.
Click on the Create New Product incentive green button.
Fill in the required fields.
Click on Add Product Item.
Click on the arrow and select Product Item.
Choose a reward percentage or amount.
Choose Yes to allow the incentive to be active, even if the product is on promotion.
Important to note that if the product/products are not linked, the incentive will have no effect and cardholders will not receive the additional rewards. Should you wish to add multiple items download the template provided and replace the sample information.
Hint: Negotiate with suppliers, communicate with them that the store will be running a product incentive promotion, and sending out a marketing SMS promoting their products.
