Transaction reports in Infinity Rewards can be customised using filters such as cashier, transaction type, date range, and more. Depending on the type of report you need, you can navigate to different sections of the application to retrieve the relevant data.
Navigate to One View > Reports > Transactions per day for recent activity (e.g., the last 6 months).
For older activity (e.g., beyond 6 months), navigate to Account View > Cashback Summaries.
Use the filters to narrow down the report by selecting criteria such as cashier, transaction type, date range, or cardholder.
Click on Actions and then Download to retrieve the report.d
