How to block a card?

To block a loyalty card follow the below steps;

  • Click on Self Service

  • Click on Quick Registration

  • Enter the card number

  • Click Next

  • Click on the pencil icon

Authenticate User

Before you can make any updates the user will need to be authenticated.

  • Click on Send/Resend OTP.

  • An SMS will be sent to the user logged in on the portal with 4 digit OTP insert this OTP in the OTP bar.

  • Click on Verify and Finish.

  • On the left hand side under Block Card make the status Blocked.

  • Click On Apply Changes

Hint: Make sure to add a note on the comments section with a reason why the card was blocked. Once a card is blocked a written request should be sent to support to unblock the card again.
