To block a loyalty card follow the below steps;
Click on Self Service
Click on Quick Registration
Enter the card number
Click Next
Click on the pencil icon
On the left hand side under Block Card make the status Blocked.
Click On Apply Changes
Hint: Make sure to add a note on the comments section with a reason why the card was blocked. Once a card is blocked a written request should be sent to support to unblock the card again.
