How to Opt a customer out from Marketing SMS's

Infinity Rewards fully complies with POPI. Should the customer no longer wish to receive any Marketing SMS's follow the below steps to opt-out.

  • Go to Self Service

  • Click on Card Specific

  • Click on Create New Card Specific Setting

  • On the Card Specific Setting drop-down select Communication: Allow Marketing SMS

  • Link the card number

  • Agreed Value will be set to NO for NO SMS's

  • Add the Effective from date (this can only be active from the next day)

  • Click on Create

Customers can also opt-out of Marketing SMS's by responding 'STOP' to the next SMS they receive, the number will then be blacklisted and no longer receive any marketing.
