The Suspended Cards functionality will replace the previously known Out of norm reports. This new functionality is an enhanced security feature that will proactively identify and suspend any abnormal loyalty transactions.

Once a cardholder has exceeded the parameters set in place the cardholder’s transaction will be suspended until it has been released by the store.

Please watch the training video to familiarise yourself with the new functionality. You are welcome to contact support@infinityrewards.co.za for assistance.

Suspended cards can be actioned in 3 easy steps on the Infinity Portal

1. SUSPENDED CARDS

2. NOT YET ACTIONED

where you can perform your investigation by using the click-through facility to view the cardholders’ historic transactions, balances, etc & suspended transactions that have not been allocated with rewards.

3. BLOCK/RELEASE CARD.

  2. Block the card and not allow any of the Suspended Transactions to process Rewards
