From here give your SMS a name.
Add your scheduling start date, and time of SMS.

Management and Staff from (Store Name) would like to wish you a Happy Birthday, hope you have a special day.
OPTION 2
Happy Birthday from all of us at (Store Name).
Come and swipe your loyalty card and get a FREE cappuccino.
OPTION 3
Birthday SMS's are automated and need only be set up once. A cardholder will only qualify for the SMS if they have been active for the past 90 days.
Choose your Selection Criteria / Activity Period if applicable and schedule SMS on the day of the customer's birthday or however many days before.
You can also choose to add a CashBack reward amount.
Once happy click next.
