R250 is the default redeem limit on a loyalty card. The redeem limit can be increased in the following ways:
Instore Kiosk.
Infinity Rewards App can be downloaded on Google Play or IOS store.
Infinity Portal (in store assistance by store manager)
How to increase customer's redeem limit through Self-Service
Click on Self-Service
Click on Redeem Override Limits
Click on Create Redeem Override Limit
Authenticate User
Before you can make any actions the user will need to be authenticated.
Click on Send/ Resend OTP.
An SMS will be sent to the user logged in on the portal with 4 digit OTP insert this OTP in the OTP bar.
Click on Verify and Finish.
Enter the card number.
Click on Increase Redeem Limit.
FAQ
Question: There is no option to authenticate the user?
Answer: This means that you have already authenticated yourself, authentication is only required once a session so only if you log out and back in will you need to.
Question: It doesn't give me the option to choose redemption amount.
Answer: This is not needed as the entire CashBack balance is made available once you increase the limit.
Question: I'm not receiving OTP's
Answer: This could likely be that cell number is either incorrect, or you need to switch off your phone to allow sim card to reconnect to the cell tower.
