How to increase customer's redeem limit through Self-Service
Click on Self-Service
Click on Redeem Override Limits
Click on Create Redeem Override Limit
Authenticate User
Before you can make any actions the user will need to be authenticated.
Click on Send/ Resend OTP.
An SMS will be sent to the user logged in on the portal with 4 digit OTP insert this OTP in the OTP bar.
Click on Verify and Finish.
Enter the card number.
Click on Increase Redeem Limit.
