To avoid a customer from featuring on the store's out of norm frequency list the daily swipe limit will need to be updated for the specific cardholder. This can be done via the below steps.
Click on Self-Service.
Click on Card Specific.
Click on Create New Flagged/ Out of Norm Settings.
From here you can link the specific card number and customise their transaction limits and click on Create.
For instance, increase daily swipes from 3 to 5 or adjust basket values to meet the customer's needs over a 7-day period. This customization ensures smoother access and aligns with customer spending habits.
