There are two easy ways to land on your Wallet:
Your campaign manager can send you a direct link to your job.
If you got an "Accept Offer" email, look right under the main button; there's a link to continue in your browser instead of the mobile app.
Already have an Influur account? Just sign in the same way you would on mobile (email, phone number, or username). New here? No problem, sign in with the social handle your invite was sent to, and you're in.
Q2: How do I know if I'm getting paid?
Once your work is approved, open your job page, and you'll see a "Payment Processing" banner. Tap "View payment status" and you'll land right on your Wallet, where you can keep an eye on everything.
Q3: How do I set up my payout method?
Head to your Wallet and tap "Set up payouts." This kicks off a quick, secure setup powered by Stripe, our payments partner. Think of it like connecting a bank account, just like you would with any payment app.
If you're in the US, you'll confirm your name, birthdate, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then log in to your bank directly (your bank login is never shared with us).
If you're in Mexico or another supported country, you'll upload a photo ID and enter your account details (your name and CLABE number).
If Stripe isn't available where you are yet, don't worry; we've got you covered (more on that below).
Once you're done, you'll see a friendly "Payout setup complete" message, and you're all set for future payments.
Q4: Can I get paid before the usual wait time?
Yep! Normally, your earnings are ready to cash out for free 30 days after a sale. But if you'd rather not wait, you can turn on early payouts and grab your money any time within that window for a small 6% fee. Totally your call, no pressure either way.
To turn it on, just accept the fee terms under "Review payout fees" in your Wallet and tap "Accept & enable payouts." It's a one-time thing; after that, you'll have the option every time you get paid.
Q5: How do I actually grab my money early?
Once a brand's payment clears (usually about 48 hours after your work is approved), you'll see it waiting under the "On hold" tab with a "Get Early" button. Tap it, take a look at the amount, the fee, and what you'll actually walk away with, and confirm the money shows up in your wallet within minutes.
If you're not in a rush, just leave it; it'll move over automatically after 30 days, no fee at all.
Q6: How do I get my money into my actual bank account?
It depends on where you're set up:
US: Tap "Cash out" in your Wallet, and your money should land in 4–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Mexico and other supported countries: Nothing to do here; your money moves to your bank automatically by the end of each day.
Q7: I don't see a "Cash Out" button. Is something wrong?
Nope, you're all good! Some payout methods (like the ones used in Mexico) send your money to your bank automatically, so there's no button to press. If your balance isn't moving like you'd expect, though, just reach out and we'll take a look.
Q8: What's the difference between a "transfer" and a "payout"?
Quick clarification since these get mixed up:
Transfer = money moving from Influur into your wallet.
Payout/cash out = money moving from your wallet into your real bank account.
Q9: What if my country isn't supported yet?
No worries at all if Stripe payouts aren't available where you live yet; your Wallet will let you know and give you a button to chat with us right there. Tap "Open chat" and our team will get your payment sorted manually.
Q10: Do I have to use the web app now?
Not at all! It's just an extra option. The mobile app is still your main hub for campaigns; the web link is simply there if you'd rather not install an app or you're working from a computer.
Q11: I don't have an Influur account. Can I still get paid?
Yes! If you were invited using your social media handle and don't have an account yet, you can do the whole thing: sign in, set up your payout method, and cash out right from that same web link.
