Who this is for
You already have an Influur account (you've used our mobile app before). This guide shows you how to manage your payments through the Creators Web App, a browser-based option that's completely optional.
1. Open your payment link
You'll get to the Creators Web App one of two ways:
Your campaign manager sends you a direct link to your job.
You open the "Accept Offer" email for your campaign. Right under the main button, there's a second link to continue in your browser instead of the mobile app.
Using the web app is completely optional. Your mobile app still works the same, and nothing changes there.
2. Sign in
Sign in with the same email, phone number, or username you already use on the Influur mobile app. Your account, campaigns, and wallet are shared between mobile and web.
3. Check your payment status
Once your work is approved, open your job page. You'll see a "Payment Processing" banner. Tap View payment status to open your Wallet.
4. Set up your payout method
The first time you open your Wallet, tap Set up payouts. This starts a short, secure setup with Stripe, our payments partner. What you're asked for depends on your country:
United States: confirm your legal name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then log in to your bank directly through Stripe.
Mexico and other supported countries: upload a photo ID and enter your account holder name and CLABE number.
If Stripe isn't available in your country yet, your Wallet will say so and give you a button to chat with our team directly. We'll set up your payment manually.
Once it's done, you'll see a "Payout setup complete" message.
5. Get paid early (optional)
By default, your earnings are free to cash out 30 days after a sale. Want your money sooner? Turn on early payouts once by accepting the fee terms in your Wallet, and from then on you can request your earnings any time within that window for a flat 6% fee.
Tap "Get Early" on a cleared payment, review the fee, and confirm. The money lands in your wallet within minutes.
6. Cash out to your bank
United States: tap Cash out in your Wallet. Funds usually arrive in 4–5 business days.
Mexico and other supported countries: no action needed. Funds move to your bank automatically by the end of each day.
