An early withdrawal is when you request your payment before 30 days have passed since your payment was released. A Fee applies in that case. If you wait until day 30, there is no Fee.
When does the Fee apply?
Days since your payment was released | Fee |
0–29 days (early withdrawal) | 6% |
30+ days | 0% |
The 6% Fee is the same for everyone, and you see it before you confirm your request. Your payment is released when the brand accepts your post, or automatically 48 hours after you upload its public link if the brand doesn't act.
How to request an early withdrawal
Open the payment section of your campaign. In the Influur app, open Payment Info. In the web app, open the On hold tab in your Wallet.
Check that your payment is on hold (the 30 days start as soon as the brand releases your payment). Payment Info tells you the amount will be deposited automatically in your wallet after 30 days.
Tap Get paid instantly in the Influur app, or Get Early in the web app. This is where the Fee is shown.
Confirm your request.
What happens next depends on your country:
United States, Mexico, Colombia and the United Kingdom: your request is handled directly in your Stripe wallet. See How to Get Paid - Countries with Stripe Wallet (US, Mexico, Colombia, UK).
Any other country: your request creates a ticket with Support, and our team arranges your payment manually.
Is there a case with no Fee?
Yes. If you are a new invited creator (you joined Influur through an external invitation, a web link from the campaign team outside the Influur app), your first job is free of Fee, even if you withdraw early.
Before we process your payment, we check that you are an invited creator and that it is your first job.
Not sure whether your first job qualifies? Contact Support and we'll confirm it for you.
Is this the same as my bank's fees?
No. Influur's Fee and any fees your bank charges for receiving the transfer are completely separate. Check with your bank if you want to reduce those separately.
Can I get an exception?
The 6% Fee is the same for everyone, except in the case described above. If you believe a different arrangement applies to you, contact Support.
