Q1: How do I get to my payment info?
There are two easy ways to land on your Wallet:
Your campaign manager can send you a direct link to your job.
If you got an "Accept Offer" email, look right under the main button; there's a link to continue in your browser instead of the mobile app.
Already have an Influur account? Just sign in the same way you would on mobile (email, phone number, or username). New here? No problem, use the personal link you received in your invite. Creator accounts can only be created in the Influur app.
Important: Your link is personal. Never share it with anyone, and never send your payout details outside the Influur app.
Q2: How do I know if I'm getting paid?
Once your work is approved, open your job page, and you'll see a "Payment Processing" banner. Tap "View payment status" and you'll land right on your Wallet, where you can keep an eye on everything.
Want to know if the brand already approved your post? Open the Jobs section. If the job is still in review, it has not been approved yet. Once it is no longer in review and you can use "Get paid instantly" (app) or "Get Early" (web), your post was approved.
Q3: How do I set up my payout method?
Important: Wallet setup only applies to creators who use the Influur app or web app in the US, Mexico, Colombia and the UK. If you live anywhere else, you don't need to set up a wallet: check Q9 to ask for a manual withdrawal.
Head to your Wallet and tap "Set up payouts." This kicks off a quick, secure setup powered by Stripe, our payments partner. Think of it like connecting a bank account, just like you would with any payment app. Set it up in your own name, or in the name of a company you own or are part of. Choose the country where you are and the country of the bank that holds your destination account.
If you're in the US, you'll confirm your name, birthdate, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, then log in to your bank directly (your bank login is never shared with us).
If you're in Mexico or another supported country, you'll upload a photo ID and enter your account details (your name and CLABE number).
If you're in any other country, skip the Stripe setup; we've got you covered (see Q9).
Once you're done, you'll see a friendly "Payout setup complete" message. Then accept the payout terms in your Wallet ("Accept & enable payouts"). This is required to cash out, and you only do it once.
Q4: Can I get paid before the usual wait time?
Yep! Normally, your earnings are ready to cash out for free 30 days after your payment is released (when the brand accepts your post, or automatically 48 hours after you upload its public link if the brand doesn't act). But if you'd rather not wait, you can grab your money any time within that window for a small 6% Fee. Totally your call, no pressure either way.
If you're a new invited creator (you joined Influur through an external invitation, a web link from the campaign team outside the Influur app), your first job is free of Fee, even if you withdraw early. Before we process your payment, we check that you're an invited creator and that it's your first job.
Before you can cash out, early or not, you need to have accepted the payout terms in your Wallet ("Accept & enable payouts"). It's required and you only do it once; after that, you'll have the early option every time you get paid.

Q5: How do I actually grab my money early?
Once a brand's payment clears (usually about 48 hours after your public link is uploaded), you'll see it waiting under the "On hold" tab with a "Get Early" button. Tap it, take a look at the amount, the Fee, and what you'll actually walk away with, and confirm; the money shows up in your wallet within minutes.
If you're not in a rush, just wait: after 30 days you can cash out with no Fee at all.
Q6: How do I get my money into my actual bank account?
Tap "Cash out" from your job in the Influur app. If you already have a payment method registered, the money then goes automatically to your destination account. This works the same in the US, Mexico, Colombia and the UK, and funds usually arrive in a few business days, depending on your bank.
Q7: I don't see a "Cash Out" button. Is something wrong?
In the Influur app, cash out is done from your job. If you don't see the button, reach out and we'll take a look.
Q8: What's the difference between a "transfer" and a "payout"?
Quick clarification since these get mixed up:
Transfer = money moving from Influur into your wallet.
Payout/cash out = money moving from your wallet into your real bank account.
Q9: Which countries get paid with Stripe, and what if mine isn't one of them?
Good question! Stripe payouts work for creators who use the Influur app or web app in these countries:
United States
Mexico
Colombia
United Kingdom
If you live anywhere else, you don't need to set up a wallet; we'll pay you manually.
Still seeing Stripe? Your Wallet may show the "Set up payouts" button or Stripe screens even if you're outside those four countries. If that's you, just ignore them; there's no need to complete the Stripe setup. Tap "Open chat" and ask our team for a manual withdrawal, and we'll get it sorted.
Q10: Do I have to use the web app now?
Not at all! It's just an extra option. The mobile app is still your main hub for campaigns; the web link is simply there if you'd rather not install an app or you're working from a computer.
Q11: I don't have an Influur account. Can I still get paid?
Yes, you can still get paid! Open the personal link you received for your job, and our team will help you get your payment. Never share your link.
Q12: I'm not sure which guide I need. Where do I start?
Pick the situation that sounds like yours:
I don't have the Influur app, or I was invited to a campaign: Getting paid on the creator's web app: For creators without an Influur account
I'm in the US, Mexico, Colombia or the UK and use the Influur app: How to Set Up Your Wallet (Individual or Company)
I'm not in those countries, or I want to withdraw without a wallet: Manual Payments (Countries Without Stripe Wallet)
