When upgrading from a UAX to an UBQ you'll be reusing the power/can connector that went to the original UAX screen.

This connector is black with 8 slots and a center bottom key. Pictured Above.

The new UBQ screen has the same connection on it but its gray and the lower key is offset from the center. Pictured Below.

Notice the Lower key tab are in different locations between the factory connector and the new screen connection.

The pinouts for these two connectors are exactly the same.

To allow the factory black connector to plug into the gray screen connection you must cut the black bottom key off of your factory connector to plug it into the UBQ screen.

This can be done with wire snips or an x-acto knife. Once done the connection in the vehicle should look similar to below image.

If you rather not cut this key tab off, we can make a conversion harness going from the black connector to the gray connector.

Ask your Advisor about our conversion cable named C-INTDISPCONV.
