If a customer gets IOR/IOU/IOT screen replacement and the screen is zoomed in then they got the wrong screen for their specific radio. The IOR has a smaller resolution than the IOU/IOT thus when installing a IOR screen into a vehicle with a IOU or IOT from factory the screen will result in being zoomed in. This makes the screen unusable visually speaking. An exchange is the only option. Below is images of the IOR screen and IOU/IOT screen. You can tell them apart by the three or one ribbon cable at the bottom of the screen. IOR has one ribbon cable while the IOU/IOT has three ribbon cables.
