Connections: Left to right:

Orange Fakra = Rear Camera

Back Rectangle = LTE OnStar

Black square = USB hub

Gray square = LCD Screen

Large Gray square = Power

2nd Large Gray square = Speakers

Black Fakra = AM/FM

Yellow Fakra = Sirius XM

Things to know

When upgrading to the IOU Infotainment system you do not gain over-the-air software updates, integrated wifi via LTE, or the ability to download apps. All of these features are subscription based options which are now compatible at this time.

If desired for Silverado & Sierra, a replacement IOU module bracket can be purchased separately from your local dealer if desired. Part number 84540186.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing MyLink® or Intellilink® bluetooth hands-free calling feature.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing steering wheel mounted audio controls.

Pre-programmed to retain the vehicle's Apple CarPlay® & Android Auto® feature but adds wireless capability.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing back-up rear view camera feature. We will include a replacement high quality backup camera that is compatible with the premium infotainment system.

Pre-programmed to function with your vehicle's existing SiriusXM® satellite radio feature. Please call SiriusXM to transfer your subscription to the new system. If you would like to add SiriusXM satellite radio then be sure to include the antenna prior to checking out.

Installation

INSTALLATION-Silverado & Sierra

Installation of this product would be rated a 3 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult.

Remove & replace 8-inch touchscreen display including plug & play wiring

Remove & replace IOR module for IOU module including plug & play wiring

Install plug & play wiring from IOU module to Onstar module

Remove & replace USB media hub

Remove & replace the backup camera (located in tailgate handle) and route plug & play video camera wire to IOU module

Remove & replace antenna on roof for one that features SiriusXM and route plug & play wire to IOU module (optional)

Installation of this product would be rated a 3 out of 5. 1 being extremely easy and 5 being extremely difficult.

Remove & replace the center stack bezel including plug & play wiring

Remove & replace IOR module for IOU module including plug & play wiring

Install plug & play wiring from IOU module to Onstar module

Remove & replace USB media hub

Remove & replace the tailgate handle (with integrated backup camera) and route plug & play video camera wire to IOU module

If your truck features a 7-inch touchscreen display (measured diagonally) then an additional jumper cable and instrument panel bezel will be included.
