In some rare circumstances, the Sync harness when being pinned with the XP2 harness, voice recognition and Sync may not operate properly. This is mostly due to the XP2 harnesses pins not making a secure connection to the receptacle that the Sync Harness connects to. The Sync Harness's housing is the root cause of this, so removing the housing and securely plugging the Sync Harness into its receptacle WITHOUT the Sync Harness Housing allows a proper connection.
