After installing the 3.0 Entune upgrade, a customer may notice that Apple Carplay works just fine but Android Auto isn't recognized and doesn't even show in their settings menu.
If that's the case, they likely received a Sienna unit, as Sienna Entunes aren't Android Auto-compatible.
You can verify an Sienna unit by it being the only model with a CD drive slot.
However, if the unit doesn't have a CD drive slot, it's a Tacoma unit, and we may be able to send an update to the customer to get Android Auto working.
