Yes, the Mustang Digital Cluster does work for manual transmissions. We will use the VIN to determine if the vehicle is manual or automatic, and ship accordingly. However, because part numbers can vary for inventory, please state in the order notes window at checkout whether you are manual or automatic to help the order get fulfilled sooner (just in case we need to source a cluster before our programmer runs the VIN and we don't have to special order one if not in stock).
