Changing order Status or cancelling an order

Customers cannot manually change status or cancel an order on their own

If a customer is looking to change the order status, or do a cancellation of the order, the webpage is inaccurate. Customers cannot do those actions on their end, they must contact a Sales or Support Representative to have a status changed or their order cancelled.
