Refund Policies for Specific Scenarios
Missing or Defective Items. If the product is missing an item, we will send out the missing part. If an item is deemed defective, then depending on the value, an exchange or advanced exchange would be processed. The entire shipment must be returned if the refund is the desired outcome.

If a dispute has been filed through a payment platform, such as Affirm, the funds for that order may be placed on hold. This hold prevents Infotainment from processing a refund or sending a replacement item until the dispute is resolved or dropped. Once the dispute is resolved through the payment platform, Infotainment can proceed with issuing a refund or providing a replacement item. For example:

Reporting Missing or Defective Items
If you discover that your order contains missing or defective items, it is crucial to act promptly. You must report such issues within 7 days of receiving your order. When reported within this timeframe, our team will take action to either send a replacement or provide the missing components as necessary. Delayed reporting beyond the 7-day window may result in the inability to process your claim.
Expedited shipping primarily influences the transit speed of your order once it has been prepared for shipment. Refunds for expedited shipping fees can only be issued if your order was not shipped at the expedited rate, not due to preparation delays. If the courier is experiencing significant delays please contact the courier, or Infotainment to process a package inquiry with the courier for a trace or claim. For multi-part shipments, each part will use the expedited method originally paid for, but refunds are not provided for delays arising from the unavailability of certain components for the initial shipment.
