Timeline: The repair process typically takes 5–7 business days in-shop. With shipping times factored in, the total turnaround time is approximately 10–14 days.

Warranty: All repaired units come with a 1-year warranty.

Special Note: For repair services, it is mandatory to send back your original screen or head unit for service.

Core Return Policy: Depending on the specific product, the replacement service might include a core return program. Under this program, you would need to send your defective unit back to Infotainment to receive a core credit. This is standard for most products but does not apply to the UAV module (for which no core refund is offered).

Special Note: For the 2019–2021 RAM 1500 screens, if a core return is part of the product policy, you are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to Infotainment after swapping it with the reconditioned one.
