The customer needs to specify if their RAM 1500 in the year range of 2019-2024 is a RAM New Body, or a RAM Classic.
New Body RAMs can upgrade the UAM, UBD, UAX, UAV, UBL, and UBQ. The New Body RAMs cannot upgrade to the UAS, UAQ models.
RAM Classics can only upgrade to the UAS, UAQ, and UBD models. RAM Classics cannot upgrade to the UAM, UAX, UAV, UBL and the UBQ.
