Unfortunately, No. The traffic and weather options on your Sync 3 system are built-into your vehicle's audio control module (ACM) via a paid subscription to SiriusXM. When Sync 4 was introduced, they made those features only available to vehicle's equipped with Sync 4 from the factory through a paid subscription to FordPass.
Our recommendation: Utilize a more modern and easy-to-use application via wireless Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for traffic updates such as Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, etc. Likewise, a weather application like Drive Weather, Carrot Weather, My Radar, etc.
