Sometimes when starting up a Uconnect system for the first time, the radio bezel might have the screen off button in the activated state. If the radio shows the splash logo, RAM, JEEP, Chrysler, or RAM, then goes black (radio screen is still illuminated) simple press the "Screen Off" button on the dash bezel. If the radio does not pop up, further troubleshooting will be necessary.
