Updated over 2 months ago

On the Advanced Search Page the Company Attributes filter has 4 different filters that can be used to search for companies.

Let's dive into each one and how you can use it!

Year Founded

In the Year Founded section, you can enter a minimum and maximum to define the range of company founding years you want to see.

Alexa Rank

Alexa Rank was a website ranking system created by Alexa Internet, a subsidiary of Amazon. It measured how popular a website was compared to others, based mostly on estimated traffic and visitor behavior. A lower Alexa Rank number meant a more popular site.

In the Alexa Rank section you can insert a minimum and maximum score to identify companies that fall within that range.

🔑 Note: Alexa.com was shut down in May 2022, so we only store historical data.

Number of Available Locations

Using the Number of Available Locations section will help you identify companies that have multiple branches or site locations. Simply enter a minimum and maximum that defines the ranges you're looking for.

Description Keywords

In the Description Keyword section, you can search for companies by keywords that describe their services. Looking for home health care services like senior living facilities? Type senior living into the search bar that says 'Words to Include.'

Looking for software companies that build payroll solutions? Type payroll into the 'Words to Include' search bar.

You can also exclude companies by adding keywords into the 'Words to Exclude' search bar.

In conclusion, these alternative filter options let you quickly narrow down sites to match your company’s ideal ICP.
