In this article you will learn how to complete your Call Tasks using the Task Manager.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Ready to start making calls with Selling.com’s dialer but not sure where to begin? This guide will walk you through everything you need to know—from finding your Call Tasks to starting a call, selecting a Disposition, and moving on to the next task.

Let's get started!

The first step in completing your Call Task is to open the Task Manager. Once open, filter by Calls, then click Open on your first task.

Click Start Call, then choose whether you’d like to record the call for training or future review.

Once the call begins and you’ve finished speaking with the contact or have left a voicemail, you’ll need to select a Call Disposition to summarize the outcome. To do this, click the Select Call Disposition field and choose the option that most accurately represents your call.

Only select Bad Number if the number belongs to someone else or if the line is disconnected.

After you've selected the correct Call Disposition hit Log and Review Next.

You can repeat these instructions until you have 0 Tasks left for the day.
