How Do I Set Up My Email Signature?

Once your Outlook or Gmail Mailbox has been set up, the next step is to customise your Email Signature. You’ll be able to do this by clicking on the ‘Settings’ icon under the ‘Mailbox’ tab.

Here you can add in a text or HTML-format signature by selecting the 'Edit' icon.

If you have a plain text Email Signature, you can simply type or paste it into the large 'Edit Signature' box. If your Email Signature is in HTML-format, you will first need to select the HTML icon at the bottom of the box (2nd from left), and paste your HTML code in.

You can also enable an ‘Unsubscribe’ link which will generate a default link for you. You'll be able to enter a personalized Unsubscribe message with the link, if you choose to.
