Adding a Call Step to your sales Sequence is a powerful way to create personal connections and move conversations forward. In this article, we’ll show you exactly how to add a Call Step, whether you’re building a new Sequence or adding to an existing one.
To add a Call Step to your Sequence, click on the Sequence and select +Add Step, then Call.
Here are the steps you need to follow to get your Call Step set up:
The Step Number will reflect where your Call Step is going to fall in the Sequence. if this Call Step is your first step then the system will label it as Step 1.
The 'Waiting Interval' determines the period of time between the previous step and when the current step should take place. Your Waiting Interval can either be a period of minutes, hours or days, or a combination if you choose.
Check Skip Prospects without any of—if you want to skip certain Prospects that don't meet a set data requirement such as having a Mobile Phone, Prospect Phone, Account Phone. Select Any Phone if you want a Prospects that doesn't have any phone numbers to skip this Call Step.
Use the white box to enter notes around what you plan to discuss in the call, or even add in your call script for you to view while you are making the call.
Don't forget to hit the 'Save' Button when you're done!
By adding a Call Step to your Sequence, you’re opening the door to faster, more personal interactions with Prospects.
