How Do I Add Multiple Mailboxes?

Not satisfied with the number of emails you can send each day? Adding multiple mailboxes will increase the number of emails you can send each day which can improve engagement with your desired Prospect.

Why Should You Have More Than One Mailbox?

Having multiple mailboxes when sending a high volume of cold emails can provide several benefits, including:

1. Improved deliverability: By rotating between multiple mailboxes, you can avoid triggering spam filters and increase the chances of your emails reaching the recipient's inbox.

2. Better organization: Using separate mailboxes for different email campaigns or purposes can help you keep track of responses, follow-ups, and overall performance more effectively.

3. Enhanced personalization: With multiple mailboxes, you can tailor your email content and sender information to specific target audiences, increasing the relevance and engagement of your cold emails.

4. Reduced risk of blacklisting: If one mailbox gets flagged or blacklisted, having multiple mailboxes allows you to continue sending emails from other accounts without interruption.

Adding An Additional Mailbox

All of our license types come with one Mailbox per user license, but additional mailboxes can be purchased for $5 per month/license.

Once you've purchased your mailboxes, start by navigating to the Outreach tab and selecting Mailbox under the Mailbox section. Click the +Add Mailbox button in the top right corner of the screen, choose your email provider, and follow these prompts to complete the setup:

  1. Entered your login credentials

  2. Click 'Allow' to grant Selling.com the necessary permissions to access your Mailbox.

  3. After allowing the necessary permissions, your Mailbox will be connected to Selling.com.

You will also be able to change some Settings in the added Mailbox, including setting up an Email Signature, adding an Unsubscribe Link and setting Mailbox Limits.
