You can create a Sending Schedule according to which days of the week and what time of day you would like your emails to be sent.

To create a Sending Schedule for your sequence, click on 'Outreach' and select 'Sequence Schedules'.

You can select from the default list or create your own by selecting 'Add Schedule'.

From here, you can Name the Schedule, select the relevant Time Zone and choose the hours you'd like to send emails for each day of the week and select Time Blocks. Make sure you double check and tick off each day's schedule before you save the schedule.

Remember to hit save!
