We have enhanced our Calling feature which includes Auto-dialer. Now, in addition to the ability to call Prospect Phone Numbers you can select Account Phones from the dropdown list.
Previously, phone numbers were limited to Prospect office numbers and mobile numbers. With this update, you have the additional option of calling Account numbers to give you more flexibility in contacting accounts in case both contact office and mobile numbers are unreachable.
To view this option, click Prospect Phone to select the account number linked to the Prospect.
Note: The Account Phone number is the phone icon with the little 'HQ' next to it.
