Annotate/mark-up document files

Process

  1. Select the project you wish to access documents by clicking Projects on the lefthand navigation and select the project 

  2. Navigate to Documents page from the selected project menu

  3. Select the folder that contains the PDFs or search for it

  4. Click on the file


Annotation Tool Bar

Use the Document annotation tools to make any mark-ups you need digitally within the application. All annotations are logged and can be shared with connected Users if you would like to:

1. Panel: Allows you to navigate file in case there are multiple pages

2. View Controls: Ability to use page transitions, rotate pages, and page layout views

3. Zoom: Ability to zoom into or out of the file


Pan: Move markups

Select: Select single or multiple markups by drawing a shape around them

View: Allows you to view the file without any other action

Annotate: Add annotation text

Shapes: Draw shapes

Insert: Add a Stamp (create custom stamps), photos, files or call outs

Measure: Ability to set a scale and perform measurements

  1. Distance

  2. Arc measurements

  3. Area

  4. Count measurements

  5. Perimeter

Fill and Sign: Add a Digital Signature

Search: Search for context listed in the file


Menu:

  • Fullscreen: Ability to go fullscreen

  • Download: download a copy of the Document to your device. You have the option to include markups.

  • Print: Ability to print the file, with comments, annotations and add a watermark

  • Dark Mode: Change between dark and light mode

  • Language: Change the tool bar settings to a different language.


Details: File name, uploaded date, file size and added by

Markups: Drop a comment pin to the file. Ability to tag someone from the directory in the comment.

Right click: Add comment shortcut


Rename: Located in the top-right corner
