Overview
A manual bid on the INGENIOUS.BUILD platform is a proposal that you have received off-system. In this situation, the bidder has emailed or communicated the details of their proposal without using the INGENIOUS.BUILD platform. Adding a manual bid allows you to enter this bidder's information to complete bid leveling against the other received proposals.
Prerequisites
The Bid Package must be created in order to manually add Proposals from bidders.
Process
Open the Bid Package and click Add Bidders.
Choose Manual Bid
Select the Company and Contact you are entering a bid for along with the Date Received
4. Enter the values from the bidder's proposal and the Q&A responses (if applicable).
5. Click Attach File to add any Attachments your bidder has sent you. We recommend uploading the proposal that you received via email here.
6. Click Add Manual Bid to save.
