Overview
By using Bid Forms and SoVs Templates, you can standardize the structure for your bid packages, ensuring consistency across all vendor contracts. This reduces the time spent manually entering the same quoted items for each new bid package, allowing you to focus more on strategic decision-making and less on repetitive administrative tasks.
Prerequisites
Admin or Project Executive account types are required to edit Bid Forms and SoVs Templates.
Process
Creating a List
Within the Lists & Templates module, click on View Bid Forms and SoVs.
Click Add List at the top right corner, and enter in a name. This can be edited at a later time.
From here, you can select a Workspace Type and add in a List Description:
Click Add Bid Form Items / Schedule of Values Category.
Add a Category Code and Category Name. You can either Save or Save and Add Next.
You can add an item under a category by clicking the plus symbol on the right side of the category.

To add an additional category, click on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen and select “Add Category”. You will then be prompted to add a category code and category name.
You can click Save Changes if you are done adding Bid Form / SoV items.
Once you've added all of the Bid Form / SoV items to the list, you can now create a template!
Creating a Template
Click on the Templates tab at the top.
Click Add Template at the top right corner. You will be prompted to name the template, which can be edited later.
On this page, you are able to edit the Template Name, add a description to help your employees find this template, and add in quoted items from the List you just created:
To add Bid Forms and SoVs from the list, select the ones you'd like to add, and then click the right arrow to bring it over to the template.
Use the double arrow to bring all of them over if applicable.
Once you are done, click the three dots on the upper right corner then click Save Template. You can now use this template on your Bid Packages and Contracts!
