​Tasks
Create tasks for assignments, milestones, and risk issues - progress shared live with your team. Create general tasks or connect them to a project!
​
​Drawings
View all the Drawing sets within your Projects, including the most current set with the latest sheets. Add comments, tag another Project member, or create an RFI and Punch Item straight from a drawing sheet!
​
​RFIs
View existing RFIs to verify field conditions, or create new ones for any outstanding questions. Easily upload or snap photos to provide more information to support your RFI!
​
​Punch List
View existing Punch Items or create new ones on the go, being able to quickly snap photos and document field conditions, while assigning items to the responsible contractors!

Task Lists and Templates have joined the party 🎉
Create task templates customized with checklists, uploaded files, and more. Even better, organize them in lists! This allows users to repeatedly use task templates across different projects on a workspace and individual level. Templates and Tasks will be housed in a “Company Task/Templates” folder (creation restricted to Admins 🎩) or in your own “My Task/Templates” folder (only visible to you). Add Insurance Requirements for Vendors on Off-System Contracts

We recently released off-system contracts as you may recall 😉. Now available on those contracts is the ability to add insurance requirements. Manage a vendor's insurance even if they are off-system and receive notifications on the insurance status! Ah yes, another thing we can keep track of for you ✨😁.

Daily Reports
Daily Reports will provide subcontractors an easy way to report daily to general contractors on various jobsite occurrences such as staffing, delays, progress and next steps. This feature will provide transparency and a short feedback-loop for contractors to communicate effectively on a project. A huge overhaul and we are thrilled for this one!

​Punch-List Exports
Easily export punch-lists to a PDF for your records. Pretty nice😉
​
​Auto-Generating Submittals
Specifically geared toward the GC, Architect and Subcontractor user segment we will be shipping the ability to quickly auto-generate submittals from a specification set. This feature will shorten what typically takes hours, sometimes daaaays on other platforms, to a matter of a few clicks and a couple of minutes to complete.
​
​Direct Costs
Soon, you will be able to track Direct Costs on a project and have those costs reflected on the Master Budget (Wooow 🤔) giving the user an all encompassing view of the financial health of their project. Users will be able to enter in direct costs and manage those against their cost code breakdown!
