  3. What are the necessary steps to follow if I have an off-system contract with change orders and processed invoices, and I intend to remove scope of work from the contract?

    1. To streamline the process, we recommend initiating a change order to eliminate/add scope of work from the contract.

    2. To proceed with adding or removing scope of work from a contract that already has processed change orders and invoices, please follow these steps:

      1. Revert all corresponding invoices to draft and delete them (Admin)

      2. Revert all corresponding change orders to draft and delete them (Admin)

      3. Revert contract to draft. (Admin)

      4. Edit contract and re-execute contract

      5. Re-create change orders

      6. Re-create invoices
