How Do I Export My Data?

A step-by-step guide on how to export your ambassador- and ticket sell data.

Within the Innercrowd dashboard, you can export all the data from your ambassador applications and tickets sold via ambassadors. Simply go to your Innercrowd dashboard > Settings > Export and follow the steps below based on the type of export you want to create.

Ambassador Export

To create this export, click the Export button and upload it to your preferred tool. The export will be delivered as a .csv file.

This export provides data from all ambassador applications, including those rejected or still pending. By default, the following information is included for each ambassador:

  • Ambassador status

  • Registration date

  • Landing page name (where the person applied)

  • Total tickets sold

  • Total tasks completed

  • Total completed quests

  • Total reward points

  • Current reward points balance

In addition to the default data, you will receive information based on the fields you selected when creating a landing page. Want to customize the data you receive? You can create custom fields by following this guide.

Ticket Sales Export

This export contains data on all tickets sold by ambassadors. You can customize the export by selecting filters before clicking the Export button.

  • Total tickets sold: No filters selected

  • Tickets sold for a specific event: Select the desired event using the Event filter

  • Tickets sold within a specific timeframe: Select the timeframe using the Purchase Date filter

Each Ticket Sales Export includes the following details for each ticket sold:

  • Ticket type name

  • Ticket type ID

  • Event name

  • Ambassador name (who sold the ticket)

  • Ticket price (in cents)

  • Currency

  • Sale date

  • Coupon code used in the order
