Information about your ambassadors and campaign registrants is stored in fields. Innercrowd provides a set of default fields, but you can also add custom fields. These custom fields can even be used as questions on landing pages.

Examples of custom fields
As an organizer, you may want to collect additional details or ask specific questions to evaluate an ambassador's suitability for your program. Examples include:
City
School/University
Favorite Festivals
Favorite Artists
Creating New Fields
To ask for custom details you must first add them as a new field for all ambassadors. In the Innercrowd Dashboard go to Ambassadors > Fields and click Create new field now a popup must appear.
In the popup you can choose a field label, this is the label under which the information will be stored in the Ambassador Overview. Also here you can select one of the available field types.
Field Types
This is the method on how information within the specific field is asked in a landing page. Some field types like text, email, phone number, date, and country are self-explanatory but others need some more context:
Yes/No
This type allows users to respond with "Yes" or "No."
βExample: "Did you visit our event this year?"
List
This type enables users to select from a pre-defined list of answers.
βExample: "Which of our events did you attend this year?" with event names as options.
Tags and Tags (multi-select)
This field type functions similarly to the List option but uses pre-defined tags instead of static choices. Tags allow you to label each registrant, making it easier to organize and search for them in your contact database.
For example, you can tag individuals by:
Campaign
Region
Number of Followers
Other Custom Criteria
Tags can be created while setting up a landing page. For more details on how to create a tag, please refer to this article.
