By connecting your pixels to Innercrowd, you can retrieve valuable data, such as landing page visits, for your ad campaigns. This data enables you to create effective retargeting audiences. Follow the steps below to connect your Meta and/or TikTok Pixel.
Meta Pixel
First, you need to set up a new data source in your Meta Events Manager. Refer to the instructions in this Meta Help Centre Article for detailed guidance.
Once you've completed the steps outlined in the article, a new pixel will appear in the Data Sources section of your Meta Event Manager Dashboard. To connect it with Innercrowd:
In your Meta Events Manager dashboard, copy the Pixel ID.
Navigate to Innercrowd Dashboard > Settings > Company Details and scroll to Connect Facebook Pixel.
Paste the ID into the Facebook Pixel ID field and click Save.
TikTok Pixel
Before connecting your TikTok Pixel to Innercrowd, you first need to set up and verify a new Web Data Connection in your TikTok Ad Manager. Follow the manual setup instructions in this TikTok Ad Manager Help Centre article.
The steps outline how to install the code onto your website, thought that is not and be sure not to install the pixel on your website during this process.
After you've created the new Web Data Connection, the Pixel ID will be visible in the Events section of your TikTok Ad Manager. To connect it with Innercrowd:
In your TikTok Ad Manager dashboard, go to the Events section and copy the Pixel ID.
Navigate to Innercrowd Dashboard > Settings > Company Details and scroll to Connect TikTok Pixel.
Paste the ID into the TikTok Pixel ID field and click Save.
Google Tag Manager Container ID
To find your Google Tag Manager (GTM) container ID (formatted as GTM-XXXXXXX), log in to Google Tag Manager, open your container, and look at the top-right corner of the workspace dashboard next to the Submit and Preview buttons.
Follow these steps to connect Googel Tag Manager with Innercrowd:
Copy your GTM Container ID as described above
Navigate to Innercrowd Dashboard > Settings > Company Details and scroll to Connect GTM Container
Paste the ID into the GTM Container ID field and click Save.
