A landing page is where loyal customers can apply as ambassadors. You can customize the landing page by changing its appearance and controlling the information you want to display. This article explains why and how to create landing pages on the Innercrowd platform.

Step 1: Create a New Landing Page

Go to your Innercrowd dashboard > Landing Pages and click Create New Landing Page. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to give the landing page a name.

Note: This name is for your reference only, making it easier to find the page in your dashboard.

Step 2: Landing Page Settings

To create a landing page for ambassador submissions, turn on the “Add new registrations as an ambassador” slider.

You also need to decide if you want to manually review ambassador applications. If this option is turned off, every submission will automatically be accepted as an ambassador. We recommend turning this option on so you have control over who will become an ambassador for your organization.

Tags (Optional)

You can label everyone who registers with a tag, making it easier to look them up in your contact database. For example, you can organize them by campaign, region, number of followers, or other criteria. To create a tag:

  • Click + next to tags

  • Type the tag you want to add

  • Click + Create {your tag name}

Step 3: Customize Your Landing Page

The default appearance of the landing page is set in the Appearance section under settings. You can customize it to suit your campaign by modifying the following options:

  • Title

  • Logo

  • Background Image

  • Banner Image

Step 4: Add an Instructions Page (Optional)

You can add an extra page before the form to provide more context, such as details about what it means to be an ambassador or what to expect after pre-registering. To use this option, simply click + Add Instruction Page.

Step 5: Form Settings

In this step, you can add extra information using the Page Text option, set up the questions for the form via fields, and change the CTA to further customize your landing page.

Form Questions

You can decide which data you want to collect via form questions (also known as fields). In addition to the required fields — first name, last name, phone, and/or email — you can add custom fields. We have a list of default fields you can choose from, or you can create your own by following the steps in this article.

Step 6: Confirmation Page

This is the final page people see after submitting the landing page. Write an exciting message that suits your campaign and explain what people can expect next. You can also add a URL button to redirect users to your website or another page.

Step 7: Expired Page

You can set an end date for your campaign so that people can no longer fill in the form after the campaign ends. When visitors access the landing page after the end date, they will see the expired page.

Step 8: Publish the Landing Page

Click the Publish button to make your landing page public and shareable to start your campaign!

Succes! You're now set to receive ambassador applications or gather registrations.
