ReviewsPro can email every customer for a review after their order is delivered, remind them if they don’t reply, and thank them when they do. Everything lives under Collect in the left menu.
Turn on automatic review requests
Go to Collect → Automations.
Under Timing, choose how many days after delivery to send the first request (7 days by default), when to send a reminder, and the maximum number of reminders.
Under What to ask for, choose product reviews, a store review, or both. On Pro you can also let customers add photos and videos.
Optional: add Rules, for example don’t send a request for orders with a certain tag.
Click Enable automation. ReviewsPro asks whether to email only future orders, or also customers whose orders were already delivered.
Once it is on, requests go out automatically. The sequence ends as soon as the customer leaves a review.
Design your emails
Go to Collect → Email templates.
Pick the email to edit: Request, Reminder, Thank you or Discount.
Edit the subject line, preview text, message and button text. Rewrite with AI can suggest new wording.
Choose what the email includes, such as the product image and one-click star rating, and set your logo and colors.
Click Send test to see it in your inbox, then Save.
To change the sender name or send from your own domain, go to Settings → Email.
Reward reviews with a discount (Pro)
In Collect → Incentives, choose a reward for text, photo and video reviews: a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping. You can also set a minimum order, an expiry date and one use per customer.
Send requests yourself
In Collect → Review requests, click Send one request to email a single customer, or Request from past customers to email everyone whose order was delivered in a period you choose. Large batches are sent over 24 hours.
See how your requests are doing
The Review requests page shows how many requests were sent, delivered, opened, clicked and turned into reviews, plus a list of every request.
Good to know: Starter includes 500 review requests a month. Pro and higher have no limit.
Getting a better response rate
Keep the subject line short and human. “We’d love your feedback” works better than a formal one.
Give the email one clear call to action.
Send a test to yourself first to check how it looks.
Use discounts sparingly. Reviews that read as bought are less persuasive than honest ones.
Check the Review requests page regularly so bounced emails don’t go unnoticed.
